My name is Paula and I was born in Bucaramanga, Columbia and I have been in the US for the last 2 years. I decided to learn English to have… more opportunities in this country. Speaking English is hard for me because my pronunciation is not very good. In ESL classes at Families & Literacy I have been able to improve my skills and learn from my classmates. We all help each other. My favorite thing about my classes is how the instructors help us and how they teach with patience and love. I know taking these classes will improve my life and I am very grateful.
