Brandon M. Rodriguez

Brandon M. Rodriguez is a full-time Texas Real Estate Broker and owner of the real estate firm NextHome CityModerne and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Texas Association of REALTORS®(TAR) and the San Antonio Board of REALOTRS®. (SABOR). He was awarded the Pioneer Award in 2009 from the NAR, Center for REALTOR® Technology.

Mr. Rodriguez has been very active in the cities he’s lived. Brandon has taken a positive role with the City of Arlington being appointed by the Council and Mayor to serve as Chairman to the Teen Court Advisory Board. In Kerrville, Brandon served on Kerrville Parks and Recreation Board.

Also, while living in Kerrville, Brandon was a News Anchor for KVHC-TV and later became the Executive Producer for “The Underground TV” which provided local artists with a platform to showcase their talents. Mr. Rodriguez also served as Chairman of the Young Professional Network for the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®.

In May of 2017, Brandon will have earned his Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Psychology from Blinn College and his Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (B.A.A.S) in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas. In addition, he is applying to law school and working to obtain his teaching certification for Special Education K-12 and Social Studies 6-12.
